Problem with Adobe Reader default notice.

Each time I start a search I keep getting a pop/up saying my version of Adobe Reader is out of date and I need to download Version 6 Update 12. I have Version 9!!!

I have followed all instructions, downloaded this version, re/booted, faced the computer North, tapped it, kicked it, spoke soothingly in its ear and I still get this pop/up blocking any further use of the software. I've tried the support section and have heard nothing!!

 

Can anyone help please?Yell

I think they are having virus problems with adobe and it is wise to stay away for a while

Dear Anyone!

I see this has been a problem for many years. Has no one been able to sort this out yet? I have attached a PDF of my error message. It has a problem with Adobe Flash Player. I have not been able to get into my Family Tree for 3 weeks now. Please short of unsubscribing and deleting my family tree i really dont know what more i can do!
