Cuando Publico el Family tree builder, some member of the family say " Desconocidos"  Tengo toda la informacion en el tree builder pero no lo descarga.. No se que hacer

When I publish the Family tree Builder  some members of my family say unknown, even if I have the correct information but it doesn't download.  I don'tknow what to do
